By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive SMS messages, you consent to these Terms and Conditions. These terms explain how we use SMS communication and your rights related to receiving text messages.

    By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you authorize Artisan Homecare to send SMS messages to the number you provided.

    No mobile opt-in, SMS consent, or phone numbers will be shared, sold, or transferred to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS is used strictly for communication related to our services or direct inquiries. We also do not pass any individual’s consent to receive SMS messages from Artisan Homecare to any third party for their own messaging use.

    Note: SMS messages are not intended for emergency medical communications. For urgent care, please contact the clinic directly.

    Messaging frequency may vary depending on your interactions with Artisan Homecare and may increase during periods of active care, appointment coordination, or service-related communication. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. Artisan Homecare is not responsible for any charges billed by your mobile provider.

  5. How to Opt Out

    To opt out at any time, text STOP. You may unsubscribe from SMS messages at any time by:

    • Replying STOP to any message (a final confirmation message will be sent)
    • Contacting us directly at 908-272-5484 to request removal from the SMS list

    After opting out, you may receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your request.
